Recently we were entrusted with the restoration of this beautiful sundial from St Michael and All Angels Church in Thursley. The original paintwork had dulled and chipped (as a result of its exposure to the elements) so we began with getting the gnomon and frame of the dial resprayed, adding in the gold gilding and finishing with the original colours of the piece.
